Larkspur is a stray Pokémon who lives in an abandoned industrial park. Where she comes from is unknown, but she has taught other strays to respect her quickly, due to her charm and excellent fighting skills. Her best friend is an Incineroar named Moggy who likes to follow her around the city.

Larkspur is actively hated by Poubelle, who finds the cat arrogant… but the cat in question loves the attention!
